Start-to-finish complete your consultation form in 5-10 minutes. Your prescription will be reviewed and prescribed in two hours or less, 15 minutes if you select a priority visit.

Receive your compounded semaglutide in the mail within 3-5 days
IMPORTANT: If this is your first time taking weight loss prescriptions you will most likely need a starter dose at the price of $190, however our providers will review your medical history and if a higher dose is needed, the price of the medication increases and will need to be paid for before we can deliver your prescription.
Qualifications:
Adults with a BMI of 30+
Those with a BMI of 27+ with a weight-related condition (e.g., hypertension, type 2 diabetes)
Patients MUST BE age 18+ for prescription weight loss
Patients CANNOT have blood pressure of 170/100 or above.
Compounded semaglutide is NOT AVAILABLE in MS, AL, SC or CA
IMPORTANT: Lower BMI may be considered for those who started a weight loss program above 30 BMI but are currently below due to progress.
